[Chorus]
I just leave’em behind/
Pass’em by like I’m driving down I-95/
Waving goodbye…just waving goodbye…/

[Verse 1 - Domer]
Yeah…We put the pedal to the floor/
Sure we got it all but I’d settle for more/
My adrenaline raw is like “I’m better than y’all”/
But at the end of the day we face the same flaws/
And fall into traps, we all act like children/
Willing to play the villain, bills to pay building/
Still we stay chillin’, passing the time/
With trash in the mind and the passion to rhyme/
There’s a flash in my eyes from the fire behind/
Tires are tired but they have to oblige – I didn’t ask you to climb/
So don’t come bitching to me/
Just keep your flow going as they’re switching the beat/
Listen and see, hear, touch, taste, too much race/
And not enough ways, stuck in place, that’s just great/
Tragically, had to be getting deeper into it/
As for me, I’m happily keeping it moving/

[Chorus]
I just leave’em behind/
Pass’em by like I’m driving down I-95/
Waving goodbye…just waving goodbye…/
Yea I leave’em behind/
Pass’em by like I’m driving down I-95/
Waving goodbye…just waving goodbye…/

[Verse 2 - Kats]
I see the clear blue sky in my rearview, I…/
Never fear to climb one tier too high/
I’m not the tearful type, you never see me cry/
You never hear me whine, I’m on my yearly grind!/
I want my daily shine though…/
Every night I’m like “where’s the time go?”/
Every time I rhyme for people, I know…/
They’ll say my flow is cold and so refined…oh!/
I’m getting old and blind though, dying to leave behind my nine-to-five yo/
Trying to get there late so I drive slow, then doing eighty five on my drive home/
Time is money, but only when it’s mine though/
It’s kinda funny, the way neon signs glow…/
On and off is how I feel inside yo…but i don’t mind, that’s how life goes…/

[Chorus]
I just leave’em behind/
Pass’em by like I’m driving down I-95/
Waving goodbye…just waving goodbye…/
Yea I leave’em behind/
Pass’em by like I’m driving down I-95/
Waving goodbye…just waving goodbye…/

[Verse 3 - Jake Lefco]
Windows open, hit the highway/
Hell with the speed limit, ’bout to leave it behind me/
Like mistakes I made doing it my way/
The smell of burnt rubber that I leave in the driveway/
Symbolize the mind-state, no time to waste/
Too much stress to keep it inside me/
Lay back burning trees like it’s Friday/
Flying down I-95, getting irate/
SmutVillain in the system with this one/
Hit’em with the baseline, kill’em with the kickdrum/
Jake Leff.. in the left lane, breathtaking pace/
How much of my dust can your breath take?/
Cough – Cough – Can’t keep up with the left brain/
I’m gone, you’re better off waiting for the F Train/
It’s a new dawn, gas pedal getting stepped on like a shoe horn…/
Time to move on…/

[Chorus]
I just leave’em behind/
Pass’em by like I’m driving down I-95/
Waving goodbye…just waving goodbye…/
Yea I leave’em behind/
Pass’em by like I’m driving down I-95/
Waving goodbye…just waving goodbye…/

Yeah, that’s not his beat. It’s from I Self Devine’s “Sunshine”

Interesting … I never bumped that I Self Devine. Did dude jack the beat straight up, or is it is own version?

hey, i’ve never heard this Self Devine song before.. I totally made that beat out of an old Travis Biggs funk joint. I think Kats, Domer, and Lefco did an amazing job on this shit!

Yeah there’s definitely distinct differences between the two beats.

Yeah man, it looks like they both made it from Travis Biggs “Tibetan Serenity.”
