<p>I stumbled across this yesterday after posting <a href="http://www.hiphoplinguistics.com/music/concerts/2010/01/sadat-x-come-on-live-performance">Sadat X&#8217;s live performance of <i>Come On</i></a> during Masta Ace and EDO.G&#8217;s record release party at Southpaw in Brooklyn &#8211; which I unfortunately missed due to my holiday vacation. </p>

<p><i>Come On</i> is one of my brother&#8217;s all time favorite songs, which he listens to over and over again on his way to play golf every weekend during the summer. Apparantly, the track amps him up and makes him play better &#8230; despite the fact that the sophisticated cats on the golf course often look negatively upon a guy singing &#8220;C&#8217;mon, motherfuckers, c&#8217;mon!&#8221; before every drive. Thanks for a great holiday D! </p>
