This is the third leak from Mega Ran & K-Murdock’s “Forever Favicom” project, which samples all Nintendo beats. Hero Musik samples music from “Zelda II: The Adventure of Link,” and features a guest verse from Ilyas of Tanya Morgan. Random (aka Mega Ran) and Panacea’s K-Murdock are back with more hip-hop for gamers. Dream Master and Epoch are two tracks being released in preparation for the duo’s upcoming “Forever Favicom” project. Dream Master is a tribute to Capcom’s “Little Nemo The Dream Master,” while Epoch is based on the video game “Chrono Trigger.” Each track follows the imaginative story of each video game. I was taken aback a little by this track, as it demonstrates what I feel is a big evolution in Random’s sound and rhyme style. Random’s alter ego Mega Ran is back with Here We Go Again. This track is the first single from the upcoming “Mega Ran 10″ – the 3rd installment in Random’s Mega Ran series, which are albums based on the Mega Man video game. If you like this, check out the video for Splash Woman.

This is a nice montage of images for Random’s 306, a track he made in celebration of Martin Luther King Day. The number refers to the room in the Lorraine Motel where Dr. King often stayed when he visited Memphis, TN, and where he spent the final minutes of his life. Random wrote 306 almost immediately after visiting the location, now a Civil Rights Museum, this summer. You can download Random’s 306 for FREE here.
